Replacing addressbar icon in TIE with locally loaded icon - EmbeddedWB

I'd like to replace the favicon on the address bar with one loaded locally. I've tried replacing the icon from within the GetFavicon procedure but no success.

I've implemented a multi-tab mini-browser in my program but I really can't even get the site favicons to load reliably. I'm sure I have something a bit off, but I'll be darned if I can tell what. I'd be satisfied to replace the default icon though.
