Using any Win32 code compactor, like ASPack ...

It will reduce aprox. 50% of your code if using Delphi to made the BHO.

You can diminish the BHO by using the Win32 code compactor. It will reduce upto 50% of your code. In this case it is really helpful to you. Just try it and you can get the better performance.
