Parameters:
 |
Title
The title you want to appear in the Explorer Bar
and in the menu View->Explorer bars

Url
The HTML-page to be opened in the Explorer Bar.

BarSize
Indicate the size in pixels. For Vertical Bars it
is the width and for Horizontal Bars it is the height.
Often used values for vertical bars are between
180-220 and 40-60 for horizontal bars.

Vertical
TRUE for Vertical Bar
FALSE for Horizontal Bar |
Return value: A string containing the Guid for
the
Explorer Bar. This value can be used to Show/hide the bar
from a toolbar button.
Use IE5_RemoveExplorerBar to remove the Explorer
Bar. Only parameter is title of the Bar.
